Over two consecutive Mondays, the expert coaching team: holding professional certifications in boxing and Muay Thai, visited our school to provide hands-on, practical guidance at the badminton court. Utilizing the professional protective gear and mats provided, coaches taught students essential, real-world escape and defense techniques through a comprehensive curriculum that combined practical skills, theory, and physical conditioning.

Through real-scenario simulations, students learned how to quickly and calmly escape a hazardous environment as a first priority, as well as how to execute basic self-defense and evasion techniques when trapped.

This rare and valuable experience not only significantly enhanced our students' self-protection awareness but also successfully boosted their physical fitness. We hope all participating students will keep these lifelong self-defense skills in mind to protect themselves and those around them in the future.
