This allowed students to experience a university-style laboratory session where, under the guidance of lecturers, they utilized high-specification laboratory equipment to observe suburban water samples and identify common microorganisms found in Hong Kong. Through these activities, students gained insights into university science curriculum requirements, the distinctive features of higher education lectures, and general campus life. These experiences ultimately help students establish clear career goals while deepening their passion for scientific inquiry.
