2019 marks the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement. Political commentator Mr Johnny Lau Yui-siu was invited by the Chinese History Department to be the guest speaker of the subject talk. Students were encouraged to deliberate on the May Fourth spirit and how it could inspire the modern era.
