On 30th June, the Salesian Youth Altar Boys Sodality of our school held a three day and two night Faith Camp in Macau. This year, the theme is "We are the Backpackers". Participants experienced difficulties in the journey and learnt how to accompany their peers in getting closer to Jesus Christ as an Altar boy.

The event included the teamwork games, parish visits, team prayers and Eucharist celebrations. Fr. Francis Hung, the supervisor of Yuet Wah College, introduced the story of Salesian Missionary, Bishop Versiglia, who left his home and came to China to establish the Salesian work, and finally became a martyr. He reminded Altar boys to follow Bishop Versiglia, who listened to the Call of God, and responded to the calls in a generous way.

            In Buona notte, Fr. Antonio Leung reminded Altar Boys not only to serve in Eucharist celebration but to aware of the needs of everyone around them. They also have to pay attention to the situation of the society, so that they could practise the virtues of love.
