Rules and Regulations in Computer Labs

電腦室規則

I. The computer lab should be kept clean.

I. 應保持電腦室清潔

1. Do not bring food or drinks into the lab.

1. 嚴禁攜帶任何食物或飲料進入電腦教室。

2. Do not leave any rubbish behind.

2. 嚴禁亂拋垃圾。

II. The computer lab should be kept quiet.

II. 應保持電腦室安靜

3. Do not disturb others.

3. 切勿騷擾別人。

4. Do not run or play in the lab.

4. 勿在教室奔跑嬉戲。

III. The computer facilities should be properly used.

III. 應善用電腦室設備

5. Do not install software not for teaching and learning.

5. 電腦教室內嚴禁安裝其他非教學上的軟體，如：遊戲及即時通訊軟體等。

6. Do not download software, music or movies illegally through the school network.

6. 嚴禁利用學校網路下載非法軟體、音樂及電影等。

7. Do not use pirated copies of software.

7. 在本教室所使用的程式均具有版權。凡使用盜版程式被查獲者，應由使用人自行負責。

IV. Computer facilities should be kept in order.

IV. 應保持電腦室設備完整

8. Students should pay the cost of repairs if they damage the facilities.

8. 電腦教室設備若有損壞，損壞者必須照價賠償，並記過處分。

9. Tell the teacher if the computers are not working. Do not try to fix the computer yourself or change the settings.

9. 電腦若有損壞或系統出現問題。應立刻通知在場導師，勿擅自修理設備或修改系統。

10. Do not move the computers or remove peripherals from the computers.

10. 嚴禁任意移動電腦或拆除附屬設備。

11. Do not change or delete programs or data stored in the computers.

11. 不得擅自刪除或修改硬碟中之程式及資料檔案。

12. Do not shut down the computer.

12. 在使用電腦期間切勿任意關機。

V. Students should restore everything before they leave the computer lab.

V. 離開前應把電腦室回復原狀

13. Clear the desktop before you log out. Do not save important files in the computers.

13. 登出前應清理電腦桌面上的檔案，切勿在教室之電腦中儲存重要的檔案。

14. Put all desks and chairs back.

14. 課堂完畢後，應把桌椅歸還原位。

15. Make sure everything is brought back to their original state before you leave the lab.

15. 離開應檢查教室，以確保所有的設備都恢復原狀。
