King of Spinning Tops Workshop

The Gifted Education Unit organized a school-based junior high school gifted training program, the "King of Spinning Tops" workshop, which is hosted by the Creative Education Unit of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, allowed students gifted in science and mathematics to participate.
Through the experiments, students created a spinning top that spins the longest, learning concepts related to mechanics and center of gravity, while enhancing their hands-on production and problem-solving skills.
