There were two matches on the day. The motion for the first match was "Social Media is bad for Children's Development". The speakers for the Affirmative Team were: Issac Ho (5D), Hayden Au (5D), Michael Chan (5D), Dominic Yu (5E), while the speakers for Negative Team were: Kelvin Huen (5E), Xavier Lam (5D), Terence Chan (5E) and Brayden Chung (5D). The Negative Team won the competition.

Brayden Chung (5D) was chosen as the Best Debater by the judge and the Most Popular Debater by the audience.

The motion for the second match was "Exams should be abolished in schools". The speakers for the Affirmative Team were: Harry Chan (5B), Nicholas Buencamino (5A), Ryan Lee (5B), Ocean Ng (5A), while the speakers for Negative Team were: Sunny Lam (5C), Thomas Law (5C), Ryan Lam (5A) and Kelvin Ip (5A). The Affirmative Team won the competition.

Harry Chan (5B) was chosen as the Best Debater by the judge and the Most Popular Debater by the audience.
